On a Whim
4.4

When it comes to breweries in Southern California it’s hard to say how often we visit a new one solely on a whim. Such was the case for Circle 9 Brewing… Seeking something new we picked a name at random on a google map search of breweries near us. Circle 9 like many SoCal spots is nestled in an industrial district and located near a wide selection of authentic Asian food restaurants near Convoy St. We sampled everything on they had on tap and were quite pleased by the flavor profiles presented. We picked up a crowler of “The Prodigal” to go as we found the fruit forwardness to be quite intriguing. We will definitely go back and hopefully be there to catch some micro drone racing! ~ GE
